We offer a variety of complementary therapies including acupuncture, herbal remedies and homeopathy.

Acupuncture works especially well for musculoskeletal problems such as lameness, sprains and back pain. It is a gentle treatment, with no side effects and has proved effective in cats, dogs and rabbits.

Herbal remedies are used routinely in our patients and often integrated with conventional medicine for a natural and safe approach to disease.

Homeopathic remedies are also used to treat animals in our care. They are derived from animals, plants or minerals and work by stimulating a reaction within the animal to bring about an imune response which leads to the animal fighting off the disease and healing themselves. They are very safe and can be used in very young, very old or pregnant pets.
